The Munich Philharmonic Orchestra (Münchner Philharmoniker) with its tradition and reputation has rejuvenated itself. Lahav Shani will become chief conductor of the orchestra, the Isarphilharmonie opened in October 2021 and has quickly gained a reputation for its special atmosphere and excellent sound. The Munich Philharmonic Orchestra is awakening a new enthusiasm for classical music.
I created a poem for an orchestra in transition based on the photos of Co Merz. They were published in the annual programme “Concert season 23/24”.
